Cooking

For the longest time now, I’ve been interested in cooking and the culinary arts.  In fact, when I was in college, I thought of taking a course in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  I have an extensive collection of cookbooks for different kinds of cuisine and a collection of recipes from different people – my friends, from celebrities, from magazines, etc. – which I treasure.
