My Daughter’s Yogurt Business part 2

So, today the first yogurt bottle was sold to my friend and neighbor. We used to sell yogurt which was delivered to my house straight from Bulacan. That time we had several customers including those that went to a certain gym in Marikina. Normally I’d have about 50 bottles delivered every 3 days and the sales were doing good and picking up. However, eventually, the quality and taste of the yogurt changed and I myself figured the difference. I was my quality assurance officer so I dropped all orders until they had come up with the original formulation. But, for some reason, they didn’t get the same one we liked. I stopped the business and told my customers I’d inform them when we would be able to get another supplier which would give us the same quality and taste that we had before.
Fortunately, through some experiments, I discovered how they mixed the yogurt drink. So now, we’re doing it on our own. The first flavor we have is pineapple which incidentally was our best seller when we first went into the business.
However, we’re back to square 1. But that’s ok. The value it would teach my daughter is more important. That is if you want to satisfy your customer, you’d have to first be satisfied and happy with your product. Wouldn’t you agree?
